Criteria

Chief Technical Officer (CTO)Bmobile Solomon Islands Limited

 Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Maximum of 10 years proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technical leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of software development, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to develop, articulate and execute strategies
  • Understanding of budgets and business-planning
  • Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
 Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic Leadership to lead the development of innovative solutions
  • Be able to define and execute a robust technology roadmap aligned with business goals and new technologies
  • Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
  • Abel to communicate technology strategies to partners and investors and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product excellence.
  • Be a team player, Inspire and mentor a talented team of engineers, architects, and developers.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks proactively.

Corporate Services Manager (CSM) Bmobile Solomon Islands Limited

 Qualifications and skills requirement:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in corporate services
  • Strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to think strategically and objectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
