Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Maximum of 10 years proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technical leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of software development, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to develop, articulate and execute strategies
- Understanding of budgets and business-planning
- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic Leadership to lead the development of innovative solutions
- Be able to define and execute a robust technology roadmap aligned with business goals and new technologies
- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
- Abel to communicate technology strategies to partners and investors and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product excellence.
- Be a team player, Inspire and mentor a talented team of engineers, architects, and developers.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks proactively.

Corporate Services Manager (CSM) Bmobile Solomon Islands Limited

Qualifications and skills requirement:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in corporate services
- Strong understanding of project management principles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to think strategically and objectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
