Returns and Refunds
if you do any purchase online from the bmobile website, please note that there is no legal requirement for bmobile to accept returned goods and services if you have merely changed your mind.
Goods and services may only be returned if they are faulty. They cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind about them.
You are also entitled to all guarantees and rights to return faulty goods that may be given by the manufacturer of the goods and by law except where excluded in our terms and conditions.
